How to Receive Food Hampers From EBN

Registration

· New clients are required to fill out a form stating the number of children and adults in the household, food allergies, source of income and Manitoba Medical number.

· All information is kept strictly confidential.

Weekly Hampers

· Clients may access the food bank twice a month.

· Milk, eggs and fresh fruit will only be provided in the first hamper each month.

· We ask that clients either phone or come in person to schedule an appointment before 2:00 pm the Wednesday prior to them being made up. Please call 642-9736 and ask for Extension 3.

· Food hampers are made up on Thursday of each week by volunteers.

· Hampers are to be picked up between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on Thursday.

Emergency Hampers

· Smaller emergency hampers are also available throughout the week to those in immediate need. These food kits are available Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
